One Pan Nan now has its own website with video recipes!
Many of you know me from television, but you may not know alot about me. I love to snow ski, I’m not good at knitting (it took me a year to make a dish rag, seriously) and I’m known around the house as One Pan Nan. My husband Charlie gave me the name when we first got married. You see, I grew up in south Mississippi and down there, the casserole is king and I LOVE ’em! Charlie, however grew up on a farm on the east coast and he was use to a meat and 3 veggies on his plate…and none of them touched. So when we married, I cooked what I loved and knew how to cook, which wasn’t much honestly! He’d raise an eyebrow at all of my casseroles and ask, “What’s this? Where’s the meat? Where’s the veggies?” And every time I’d say, “They’re in there!” Finally, he said, “What are trying to do-cook everything in one pan, Nan?” Maybe it was all those Sunday dinners or just the pure dislike of washing the pots and pans from a typical meal, but whatever it was–the name stuck and yes, I am on a mission!
One Pan Nan is my brand new cookbook, sharing some of my favorite one pan dishes I’ve collected over the years, along with some from my family and friends–recipes for the slow cooker, crockpot, cast iron skillet or whatever your favorite pan is! Breakfast, soups & stews, lunch & dinner & dessert are all covered with personal notes on most recipes and several pictures sprinkled throughout. 58 recipes in all. My momma’s vegetable soup, Miss Pat’s (my mother-in-law) family-famous spaghetti sauce, our Christmas Eve tradition (seafood gumbo) and the most served dessert in the Kelley house are among the recipes in this little collection. They are stick-to-your-ribs goodness!
It’s $10 and every book will be signed. If you want it personalized, just include a name in the box provided below with your order. If you want to order more than one, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a shipping address and the quantity you’d like to order and we’ll get right back to you with a shipping quote.
Thanks for checking it out and I hope you’ll find a new one pan dish for you and your family. And afterwards, you’ll just have one pan to wash!! Stay tuned– because One Pan Nan webisodes are coming soon! Thank you
